NCSC Covid Policy Fall 2021



This Covid policy has been  established by guidelines developed by MSYSA, U.S. Soccer, state and local authorities, CDC, Carroll County Rec & Parks (in collaboration with the Carroll County Health Department), and North Carroll Rec Council.  Our responsibility is to the safety of our players, volunteers, and community and have attempted to minimize as much risk as possible and does not eliminate all risk associated with COVID-19.

Mask and pre-activity check ins will not be required for the fall 2021 season at this time. These guidelines may change based on CDC, MD Health Office, and/or Carroll County Board of Health recommendations or mandates

We encourage social distancing when possible and any eligible participant to get vaccinated. There is no requirement to be vaccinated nor will NCSC collect this information from our participants. If you are not feeling well, you should refrain from participating and follow your health care providers guidance on when it is safe for you to return.

Participants that have missed 3 or more consecutive games and practices due to illness, must submit a doctors notes release the player to full sports activities to and your teams Coach.

Exposure Protocol:

  1. If a player, coach or volunteer has been in close contact with a confirmed case, please notify your local health office and or medical professional

  2. Contact tracing will be conducted by your local health and NCSC will comply with all local health code regulations

  3. The players, coach or volunteer may return to activities once cleared by a medical professional with a copy emailed to
