North Carroll Soccer is a Fall Youth soccer program sponsored by the North Carroll Recreation Council in cooperation with the Carroll County Department of Recreation. Our program offers an In-house recreational league for both boys and girls ages 4 to 18 (your child must be 18 or younger based on your age in this calendar year. Our objective is to provide an opportunity for the children to experience the great game of soccer, with enjoyment, competition, sportsmanship, fairness and equality to all players.

The In-House recreation league is designed to allow players to increase their soccer skills while learning to play the game. All players will play approximately eight games in the season. This allows for the fun of the game while participating in a little competition as well. Practices begin in the middle of August and the first games will begin the first Saturday after Labor Day. We also offer a smaller Spring session from March to May.

We, the members of the North Carroll Soccer Club (NCSC), are in agreement that our community would be best served through a unification of the in-house recreational and travel soccer programs. North Carroll Soccer Club is a program organized under the North Carroll Recreation Council and it’s programming is open to all, regardless of residency.

Our soccer programs are designed to create a fun learning environment for all players to aspire to their highest potential, with integrity. NCSC is known for its offering of a variety of competition levels with a focus on team and player development. We pride ourselves on preparing our players to succeed beyond the game of soccer with an environment that promotes teamwork, fitness, and an emphasis on sportsmanship.

Rather than operating our in-house recreational and travel soccer programs under two independent and separate councils, we will combine talents, energy, and efforts to bring both programs together under one umbrella for the benefit of our players, coaches, council members, and our community. This union is effective immediately.
